1.1 Age Requirement

Each user may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this policy is violated, all associated accounts may be cancelled and balances may be forfeited.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus offers are available to eligible users only.
• A bonus offer may not be claimed more than once (unless stated otherwise in the offer).
• Wagering must be completed before withdrawing bonus winnings; wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only.

4.3 VIP Program

The bv99 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.5% cashback per week.

Based on regular play and activity on the platform, you can advance to a higher tier. Cashback is paid at a set time each week and does not require separate wagering.

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

bv99 reserves the right to refuse or restrict any bet without reason, particularly where there is concern of a technical error, fraudulent activity, or market error. A bet that has been accepted and confirmed generally cannot be changed.

5.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormality occurs in the result of a game or bet due to a server outage, network issue, or software error, bv99 reserves the right to void the game or bet and refund the staked amount. Winnings obtained abnormally as a result of an error will not be valid.

5.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, bv99 offers a variety of markets — cricket (BPL, T20, IPL, ICC tournaments), football (international competitions including FIFA), kabaddi, and many more. All odds are subject to change and may be updated until the event begins. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at that moment will apply.

5.4 Result Determination

Match results will be determined based on the official announcement of the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a dispute, bv99's decision will be considered final.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

• Using a false or fake identity.
• Applying any form of fraud, manipulation, or deceptive tactics.
• Abusing bonus offers ("bonus abuse").
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Exploiting software errors or vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Using automated software or bots.

6.2 Communication Conduct

Abusive, threatening, or obscene language in customer service or any other communication channel will not be tolerated. Such conduct may result in temporary or permanent account closure.
